How It Works

Strict user matching: Time entries sync to Asana as the correct user. Each person must connect their own accounts.

  1. Each team member visits this page and connects Harvest, then Asana
  2. Log time in Harvest on tasks linked to Asana
  3. Time syncs to Asana daily at 6pm PST as the correct user

Important: Entries will ONLY sync if the Harvest user has connected both accounts here. No fallback to other users.

Note: Connect Harvest first, then Asana. Only Harvest entries with an Asana task link will be synced.
